Have you tried looking for Squier pickguards?

Or try online at one of the places that specializes in PGs.

What country are you in? Having one made is a very affordable option if your in the UK.

I think these guys can help.

http://store.guitarfetish.com/bagupi.html

I know my '99 P-Affinity Squier can't be fitted with the ones that fit a Fender P at all. The routed-out area alongside the jack is too big and it won't be covered by a Fender-sized design.

I dont know if it will work out cheaper or not, but you can have one custom made here then get it shipped over. The reason it may work out cheaper is they only charge around £15 for the PG! I heard that the general going rate is a lot more than that in the US. Shipping wont be a lot, but you would need to first post them yours to copy which adds a bit more expense. If it still works out cheaper and you want to give them a go, the name is The Aurora Project. You should be able to find them on Google. I have no connection with them, just I had a couple made a while back by them.

Alternatively you could just make the Fender one fit by drilling new holes (the PG would cover them), guess it depends how much you like the bass. I did this to my Squier, the pup holes need enlarging too on mine.

It's a Squier, just go ahead and drill the holes. I did that with my Squier Affinity P, the neck pocket on the guard might be a bit tight, but you can relieve that a bit if absolutely necessary. Good luck!!!
