What strings for Fender A-neck?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi there!

Soon I'll be installing a '70 Fender precision A-neck on my Fender P.
Is the A-neck (because it's more thin than the regular B or C neck) also weaker.
Will the A-neck be able to use 45-65-85-105 strings without me being afraid of bending.

Thanks!

I would think that the neck would be able to take that gauge of strings.

The neck has a truss rod, doesn't it?
