crack in the finish at the neck pocket? it happens - changes in temperature/humidity are the cause, and from the looks of it this is a 90s warwick (judging by the wenge neck), so, y'know, it can happen. Cosmetically it's a bummer, I guess - but the good news is, it shouldn't affect playability.

Yes, it's a streamer from the 90s! :-)

I don't mind really if it's only a cosmetically problem, I just hope it won't be a really big problem later.

congratulations - you've got a great bass!

hard for me to tell how deep it goes from the pictures, but i'd imagine it's just the finish - or does it go into the grain?

i'd be very surprised if this became a structural problem. you see this kind of thing on vintage basses all the time

It doesn't go into the grain, I hope it's a good sign.

I think I will measure it accurately and do it again in a month. Maybe it's enough to see wheter it's going bad.

That looks like a nice and tight neck pocket which can result in finish cracks with changes in humidity. If the crack is only finish-deep then you have nothing to worry about.
