I've ordered several tortoiseshell Jazz Bass pickguards from Chandler. Not sure if it's the cheapest, but they fit right, and the cheapest ones often need adjustment/filing to get them to fit right

Guitarfetish.com looks pretty good... one of the few places that looks like they stock tortoise shell pickguards for MIM Jazz basses, which is what I've been looking for. Anyone ever buy a pickguard from this site? $13.95 for a pickguard sounds rad!

$13.95 sounds like a good price but be careful (they're usually around $40). There are many pickguards on the market that are not Fender OEM parts (made by Fender); they are aftermarket knock offs.

Not saying those are bad but some of them do not have the shielding on the backside (to ground the tone/volume pots)--actually a concern for Precision pickguards not so much Jazz pickguards. Some don't quite fit right. Some aren't 3-ply like the "real" OEM pickguards.
