| Where can I find an 11 hole Precision pickguard?

The few searches I've done haven't yielded much info so I'm wondering if anyone here has any helpful information. I've got a Squier II bass, unknown year, with an 11 hole guard on it (w/b/w). Ideally I'd like to get a white pearloid, possibly black pearloid. Am I going to have to get one made?
