| I bought a BAII for my son over the net and when it arrived, one of the adjustment screws was cross threaded and wouldn't move at all. I emailed Leo Quann through his website and they sent a replacement right away and free of charge. give it a shot. they were very helpful and stood behind their product 100%. I even got a hand written note from Mr Quann's son (can't recall his name offhand) apologizing for the situation! |
