Where can I get a 5-string bass nut?

I'm wanting to get a brass nut for my Schecter Stiletto Custom-5 bass. Where can I get one? All I can find are 4-string nuts.

You could buy a blank from Warmoth, but it'd be slow going carving it, very slow.

That's what I was thinking as well. What would I use to cut brass?

I use a dremmel, for the rough work, and tidy it up with files.
