Where to get Fender Elite Bridge

Sign in to disble this ad
I have seen this bridge and want to get it, but cant find it anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions other than EBAY? (as of right now, only a set of saddles are up for auction but not the actual bridge)

Otherwise I am probably going to drop over $200 and get a Hipshot bass tremolo.

When a bought an Elite in 1985, I took the fine tuners off and put them away because I was afraid of losing them. Also, they seemed superfluous. I was right-- I never missed them.
Then, when I sold the bass a couple of years ago (on eBay), I just took the tuners out of my closet, screwed them on, and the bass was complete.
I think only silly collectors need to worry about them. For players, they're not necessary.
(My two cents.)

I know the fine tuners are pretty much unwarrented. For some reason it just seems incomplete. Its a nice bridge thou.
