How narrow do you need?

I believe Badass or another bridge company will let you at the dimensions of their products.

Grab a ruler & measure between the current bridge's string grooves. That will get your string spacing & off ya go.

I'm also looking for a narrow (5/8" - .625" - 15mm) or so string spacing, 1 13/16" - 1.8125" - 46mm overall spacing.

This is a tough one to find

Hipshot makes bridges with adjustable string spacing. Something to look into. What's wrong with the existing bridge? It looks very cool and vintage. The pickup and the tuners are what I'd be looking at changing. Check out EMG Select bass humbucker, P-bass wiring harness and some Gotoh sealed tuners all available at stewmac.com. Maybe a bar string retainer. Oh and strings. Plural. Flats, for sure.

Seriously. Schaller makes an adjustable spacing bridge. You can get it at stewmac.com. If that were my bass, I'd leave the bridge alone and focus on the other things I mentioned.

J-Chot, If I had that bass, I'd do all the things I just mentioned to it, get a cheap head (Carvin BX500) and a couple of Seismic Audio 2X10 cabs ($300 for the set) and gig that beast!!!
