Who makes the Monorail Bridge system with the Drop D tuner?

I've only ever seen them on Ibanez basses and never, ever for sale from a manufacturer. I'd assume it's of the big manufacturers who supply them for Ibanez. Other than the Ibanez parts site, do any of you guys know where to purcha, or know who makes them?

I believe it was an Ibanez-sourced part, and not available on the aftermarket - I've never seen it in the 10-someodd years that Ibanez used it. Sorry.
