Wood filler

So I recently order a custom warmoth neck to put on my fender p bass but I have run into a problem the holes on the neck do not line up with the holes on the body. Does anybody know if there is a way that I can fill the holes with some type of puddy or something and then re drill new holes. Or does anybody think I could just glue it instead. Any tips or advice anybody can give me is much appreciated. Cheers!

Drill out the existing holes and glue in hardwood dowels. Cut and sand the dowels flush.

Drill new holes. For extra strength, consider metal threaded inserts.

Judging from your questions, I don't think that your woodworking or
luthiery skills are capable of taking this on. Take it to a pro.

Agreed on the doweling. I would never use wood filler on any of my instruments.

+ a million.

And please, don't ever consider glueing the neck into a fender bass.....
