Ok So I really wanted to take the neck off of my 1971 Precision to check out the date stamp but have always been too afraid. I finally got the balls to do it today. I wanted to change the strings anyway (had flatwounds on before) so I figured it was the perfect time. New strings sound great everything's back on and working just fine. Thanks for the advice!
Joe
here are some photos. 5 Nov 71 B what's the B mean? Neck size? There's A and B right?
