Would this be wrong?

I have a question regarding having some work done on my new Sadowsky. I recieved the vintage tone control kit from Sadowsky today and I am not sure if I want to attempt to install this myself. My soldering skills are good and I can read a wiring diagram but this is nice looking wood not the metal componets I am used to working on. The best place around here to have work done is Mike Lull's shop. Would it be wrong / rude to ask them to do the work? I did buy a competitors product.

HI

Im sure you can handle the installation. Mike Lull is a good guy from the dealings I've had from him. Any repairman could do the install.
