What's the problem you're trying to solve? That might help with an answer. I've not seen Fender tuners go bad, so not sure what you're trying to fix.
my geddy had been through a fire, the fire was actually in an adjoining paint store and the chemical smoke and all the soot rusted and permanently tarnished everything metal. Not going for the relic look on this one and just want nice shiny new tuners.
