Up for sale is my excellent condition Neck-Thru 1990 Streamer Limited Edition.
I do not think that you will find or have seen another of these basses for sale. I have only ever seen one other, over on the Warwick Forum, and that was a black stain rather than natural/waxed.
£1400 - (approx) $2100 or 1500Euro (exact exchange to be agreed before sale completion)
I can ship to Europe (most countries), USA or Canada (and will research others upon request) @ cost price. I have feedback over on the Warwick forum (by TalkBass users), on the UK Basschat site and I also have a 100% positive record on eBay.
1990 Warwick Streamer Limited Edition
This is arguably among one of the rarest Warwick Streamer basses that you will find... when have you seen another?
Excellent condition with one of the prettiest figured Bird's Eye Maple wings (front and back with a walnut slice) you'll find on a Streamer bass, with NO major dings or dinks and minimal worming. The bass is superbly balanced and @ 9lb 15oz it's probably what many would call average (excuse my obsession with weight but my shoulder is fecked).
The bass has never been mistreated or damaged in any way. 3 piece maple neck and the neck is a lot slimmer profile than any of the new Warwicks. EBONY fingerboard edges are nicely rolled as per that period Warwick and the tone is superb (2 band EQ) with Bartolini soapbars.
The nut is the original MkI brass 'adjust-a-nut'. Bridge and saddles are all adjustable with no seized or corroded parts.
This isn't desperation and I don't 'have' to sell any of my basses so I won't be giving them away, I simply don't play these as often as I used to. By all means PM me an offer and if you have a Sadowsky or similar quality 'downsized' Jazz, Precision or PJ bass then that may be of interest but NOT full sized heavy basses.
