So this poweramp isn't really that old - played about 5 gigs and a couple rehearsals with it... I've been using it with a Mike Pope MPP-1 preamp - which I love and use heaps - especially for practice, however I usually end up taking my Markbass LMII to most gigs recently simply because of size and weight. For this reason I'm looking to let my Fender MB1200 poweramp go, possibly replacing it with something lighter/less powerful or a powered speaker.
Having said that, this amp can really bring it. Absolutely huge, body moving sound. Runs at 800 watts at 4ohms and 1200 watts at 2ohms.
The amp is in basically perfect condition. Since I've got it it has lived inside a rack, sitting mostly in my bedroom!
Not sure what RRP is for this, but Bass People in Sydney are asking $2050 for it.
I'm looking for
$800 or near offer.
