£50 for the Dodds but they could use a setup.

Ive been experimenting with it and it seems to cover it all. The back pickup is great for springy modern funk with plenty of tight resolution and the front is more of a warm punchy jazz tone although probably more modern sounding than a vintage jazz with the 35" scale. The output is pretty high so not too forgiving for a shabby player but if you can get around a bass it sounds amazing.
It has no duff spots whatsoever and plenty of definition and it just sustains forever.
Its was setup to perfection straight from the factory... the good old Japanese attention to detail.

Do you know if Bacchus ships internationally? (other than Australia/ NZ) I've always wanted a "Jayro"

Yeah you can get them direct from Bacchus. The Australian dealer also ships worldwide and you could probably save some crust with the exchange rate (www.japanvintageguitars.com).
