I am not sure why the cab is called the "300", I think it is to differentiate it from the standard 15".
I have used this as my main cab as a standalone and the sound is awesome (Think of the tone Marcus and Tal get). Loud as well.
EBS is so hard to get in Australia that Tal Wilkenfield was actually going to borrow this cab to help put together her rig for the Perth leg of her tour with Wayne Krantz (turned out she was able to ship hers from Sydney in time).
I paid $1500 for the cab. Take the opportunity to not only get your hands on an EBS cab, but get it at a steal for $790 firm including postage in Australia.
