I'm reluctantly selling my lovely Smith. It has a tone to die for, but I just can't keep it - or, rather, I have too many basses and the Skjolds don't seem to sell.
This bass has lovely walnut top and back and there is nothing to indicate that the bass has been played. I only got it a short while ago in a trade and thought I'd sell other basses to make room/raise cash, but here we are. From the 4 Smiths I've owned, this has the warmest, without 'tightness' in the highs. Yes there are a lot of highs as always with a Smith, but they are 'airy and glassy' not high-strung at all!
I'm asking EUR3000 which is a decent saving compared to buying from Bass Central and getting it shipped & dutied. That would end up at about EUR4600 so here's a chance to save 'a little' on a 100% mint, as new Smith.
