Ok guys,
I am thinking of moving on my Mike Pope MPP-1 rackmount pre...
To be honest I'm just not using it enough to warrant it such an amazing pre-amp, it can be used as a practice amp with headphones (which I mostly do with it) but don't do enough gigs to warrant such a versatile, monster rig these days. Doing a little spring cleaning with my gear - fund raising to pay some debt and also to re-invest in something else.
This is a serious rack pre-amp - virtually any frequency can be dialled into in a very musical way. Really limitless tones from this thing. Near perfect condition - the ONLY thing that makes it not is a tiny scratch in the metal on the top near the back. Almost too small to photograph but I had a shot.
From the website:
The MPP-1 is an ultra-high performance single channel bass preamplifier designed for the player who’s looking for flexibility and powerful tone shaping capability with extremely low noise and distortion.
It was developed over the course of the last few years in the international trenches and in the clubs and venues of NY and DC. All parts have been carefully selected to work well together in order to create a powerful and flexible tool for any bassist in any situation.
Whether you're playing in the local haunt or a stadium, I believe the sound you need is in here.
This particular MPP-1 is from the first batch of the new update with all the latest gadgets, I could take up a lot of room explaining them all, but they're up on this site here -

To buy one of these here in Australia now I'm guessing you'd pay around $2000. This is as good as new and I'm wanting
$1300 AUD or a reasonable offer. PM me!
Ok, GO!
