Bought about 2 years ago, used for a handful of gigs and two studio albums. Plays and sounds GREAT - nice neck, really snarly Stingray-ish sound off the bridge pickup and a range of other tones as well. Please note this is one of the active models. Output is HOT.
QC, fit and finish are spot on. Honestly, I went to the Bass Gallery intending to buy an ATK, played as many basses as I could and walked out with this one... it now has a bit of buckle rash and some scuffing on the pickguard from popping, but is generally in good condition. Currently tuned to drop C but I can sling on some normal-tuning D'Addarios and re-setup if you prefer.
Oh and these are discontinued, as you probably know
...this is, IMHO, one of the best ways to get Stingray-esque tone and looks on a budget!
