Christmas daunt - I will lower the price to 2800.00 EUR for the next 5 days! If that will not bring any interest I might take the CELINDER's FUNK MACHINE off from the market!
So, 2800.00 EUR
Hi! My rare Celinder Update 5 is for sale. This bass is absolutely the best funk machine out there! One of the best sounding basses ever made! The reason why I want to sell it is very simple - I ordered my third W&T custom 5 string (fodera like) and I need to fund it.
It has 1 7/8" nut width and 19 mm string spacing at bridge.
It has been upgraded with John East's U-Retro.
This bass has THE BEST 70's Jazz Bass sound you can think of! Period!!!
I'll take 3000 € plus shipping.
I'm ready to ship it to other continents as well but it costs a lot!
Thanks!
Margus

Celinders are always rare, there aren't too many of them on the market. It takes almost two years to order a new one and you can't order them straight from the Celinder, you have to find a dealer first.
This particular bass has pickups with no dog ears and it sounds better than other Celinders I've tried.
Otherwise it's a classic Update 5.

So, all of you looking for your first or next Sadowsky, forget about the hype and get a real FUNK MACHINE!

With all due respect, I did the opposite, Lost my Celinder, got more Sadowsky's. "Dont Believe the Hype"(Chuck D., Public Enemy)

| | | | bass Have both. Love each of their sounds. The Celinder is a bit on the heavy side. |

This one isn't too bad, I've been playing it on stage for hours and can't say anything bad. Of course, Sadowsky US models are a bit lighter but the Celinder's sound is out of this world. If you use good strap there shouldn't be any problems with it's weight. I guess it's about 10-11 lbs. or so.
