Rare! Beautiful Ken Lawrence Associate 5-string fretlesss bass. This bass was originally fretted and was converted to fretless by the previous owner. The craftsmanship on this bass is second to none. It's the small details; hand carved neck screw sockets and control cavity cover that really make this bass a masterpiece. Ken is a one man operation and it's not too often that one shows up on the used market. The bass is also quite light weighing 9.2 lbs. There is some round wound wear on the fingerboard, and a small wear mark just above the neck pickup on the right hand side of the g string.
