For sale I have mesa boogie basis m-2000 amp with new preamp tubes. Great condition, operates on 220V, very loud, comes with footswitch and rack case. 1000 eur + shipping. Possible trade for walkabout unit. db680 is now for sale in separate thread.

Footswitch is included, the amp is very loud, with tons of tweaking options and in great condition, it isn't even scratched! |

| | Registered User | | Join Date: May 2006 Location: EU | | | Hi, I tried it with different cabs since that thread and it turned out it didn't match with my cabinet; it works really good with ampeg and peavey cabs (at least those I tried) but if your speakers (10") cover high frequencies as well it might not be for you. The effect can be tamed a little using parametric eq. Obviously the problem was not faulty amp but bad combo. Unfortunately it doesn't match well with my new cab as well and it has too many knobs for me anyway. |

I don't know, if your cab doesn't have a frequency gap between tweeter and other speakers I wouldn't recommend the amp. If you can cut off high freqs with attenuating the tweeter it will be fine. |
