brand new Lakland 55-64 (former Bob Glaub Series) Precision 5 string from the limited "Lakland Owners Groups 2010" mini series (30 basses only)

- 35" scale
- ash body in butterscotch blonde
- maple neck, rosewood fingerboard w. blocks an binding
- Nordstrand P5 PU
- volume + passive high cut
- weight:
- neck width at nut: 1.81" (4,6cm)
- 19mm spacing

- standard Lakland: bridge strings can be strung through the bridge, or through the body
- plekked by Lakland in Chicago

This bass is brand new as I got it early February from Bass Club Chicago.
I had 3 reherasals with the bass and the ash bodied P5 is not my thing.

- passive Fender P5 (2008 - ...) with ALDER body
- Lakland Darryl Jones w. ROSEWOOD fingerboard

as I am primarily a heavy pick player, the ash body (I think) makes the bass too agressive sounding for my taste.
