OK I'm probably really going to regret this but think I have to let this one go. This is a beautiful beast- very rare amp. Hand made by a guy called
John Ratajczyk in Brisbane Australia. It's either a 135 or 200 watt amp- I'm honestly not sure. All hand soldered point to point wiring.
It has 2 preamps- clean and boost so you can tweak in as much tube grind as you like at any volume- and seriously - the distortion on this totally kills.
As far as tube amps go it's really well featured...
• Speaker outs for 8Ω, and 2x4Ω (or use 2 x 8Ω cabs daisy chained to a 4Ω out)
• DI with level, pre/post
• Kill switch - if you want to use the amp (DI) without speakers.
• EQ: bass, mid, high, low-contour, high-contour.
• footswitch with boost and effects loop
These sell new for about 35 berzillion dollars. TB price: $1150Au
The footswitch 'boost' controls the 'gain' channel so you can use as a pure tube distortion pedal.
This will go to ebay eventually- but thought the more discerning TB bretheren might like a look first.
This *should* be OK to run in Europe. It's designed to run off 230-240V. If you're interested we can ask John Ratajczyk.
