I'm very happy that you like this way of playing. trunkshope6, it's a Tony Franklin precision so I have precision pickups and a bridge jazz one. I use both so it's a little bit different from standard Precision sound. J. Crawford , for this video I recorded images with a small camcorder by Samsung ( http://www.samsung.com/it/consumer/c...ype=prd_detail).
For lights I used a lamp that I have for reading, very small but you can position the neck very easily...
Then I edited the video with Final Cut, while the sound is recorded through a Pod X3 Live with Motu Ultralite MkII, mixed and mastered in Logic Studio suite.

Are you using artificial harmonics and slides for the backing part? Awesome!

However here there is a little insight view on this piece, with an exercise and explanation... http://playbassnow.com/playing-style...fretless-bass/
