A fellow bassplayer from Romania, (his name is Laszlo Demeter, you can find him on Facebook also) released today a very good material, collected in years of playing bass. I like it very much, I want to share this. A variation of styles, from hardcore to funk, acid jazz and electronic efects...enjoy:

The album is ridiculously good. Get it people, you don't know what you're missing.

Some really great bass exploration going on here. Covers a lot of genres & ideas of what can be done on bass, but in a coheasive sounding statement overall.

Nothing absurdcus about it.

Thank you again for posting this.

I only wished the singing was in Romanian (not that I can understand it) but would add a uniqueness to his statement in my opinion.

There are just few bands that still do the lyrics in romanian these days, and I'm not too happy about it...anyway Lazlo is more interested in composition, arrangement and bass playing I guess

I must admit I like what I hear on the Youtube channel, as others said, very diverse. Getting the album now.

Will there be a CD edition?

Yes indeed. A friend from XBass forum was playing bass for them. He is the one who started the XBass forum actually, naming it after his nickname .

I asked Lazlo about the CD edition, and I think because of the costs of such operation, he answered like this:

"There will be a very limited CD edition, mostly for friends"

I hope I will be one of those friends

Wow!

Took a listen and am downloading now.
Exceptional bass playing. And excellent multitracking.

Does absurdcus have any more music out?

Thanks for sharing!
