If you get bass player, he's featured in the latest edition and you can easily see that all of his basses are right handed basses strung righty and played righty. Having one bass that was strung lefty and played righty would be utterly pointless and confusing.

-Alex | I'd say it's a lefty played like a righty too : the pick guard is on top, and so is the groove to reach the higher notes. So unless he had a righty made to look like a lefty, I'd say it's a lefty.

-Alex | It doesn't have to be "strung" lefty, does it.
Didn't Hendrix do something like this!? |

Yeah, that bass is obviously a lefty strung up as a righty. Why you ask? the F-hole is in bottom, the pickguard is ontop, and if you look closely, the 4 controls (or the holes for the controls) are on top, and the upper fret cut-away is on top.
The bass is clearly upside-down. |

The bass is clearly upside-down. | Either that or it was designed by a dyslexic.
And Hendrix did do the same thing. Played a righty Stratocaster
strung lefty. |

| Ooh! That's the zing of the day. Good thing you aren't a celebrity, cause you'd have some ornery parents up your anus.... Awesome joke though.
