| | | | I'm stoked. Fimmers is a hell of a bassist, one of the best in metal if you ask me. I'm sure it's going to be just as amazing as the first two.

Mohamed also said hes going to make this album more musical (or something like that). So i'm thinking a 24 minute epic. I wouldn't mind one of those. It's been 4 years since epitaph, i think they owe it to us.
Whatever's going to be on it, it'll blow our minds away. |

(actually, I think it'd be pretty damn cool to hear them do a cover of Symphony X's Odyssey)

It has a couple ex members of Necrophagist so the guitar work is pretty awesome, oh, and the bass player plays a six string fretless too.
I'd say check it out if you like Necrophagist, it may make the wait a little easier.

| | | | Has anyone here actually tried to play any Necrophagist? I tried to figure out Only Ash Remains by ear but it was near impossible. What is their tuning? And yes, I am excited for the new album. |

I saw marco play at the baked potato early summer '08 and he said that he didn't really dig playing with necrophagist that much, he said he'd rather play with people "that could jam instead of playing just their own songs". ANYWAY, it will be amazing to hear what they come up with together! |
