Sadly I went back the next night to see him again and some fool called 'Kool Keith' overran considerably and Mr Jenkinson was delayed by 2 hours. I was in a near-zombie state anyway, and had to admit defeat.
If you like that vid, the song's from the album Just a Souveneir, and it's chock full of bass/drum goodies like that.

Just because you are not a rap fan does not mean you can call him or anyone for that matter a fool. |

He's a killer emcee!
The first Ultramagnetic MC's (cirtical breakdown) & the Dr Octagon albums are a must for any record collection.
As for Squarepusher, all his cds are pure AWESOMe!!!!!!

Yep, love the addition of a live drummer to Toms' musical universe.
Just saw where he is putting out a Solo Bass album, imaginatively titled "Solo Electric Bass" on the 17th of this month. Can't wait!

One of the rare pure GENIUS' of music in our time IMO.
He is one of my favorite musicians of all time.
Not really feeling the idea of a solo bass cd, but I love artists that take different directions in their musical journey. Pushing the boundaries of their craft, like Miles or Trane did.
The world needs more Tom Jenkinson.
