I like the band clips most of all. His solo pieces are great, but they really souond alot like alot of other people to me. i guess that's just my personal predjudice showing.

I agree - but I'm a fan of this guy, his technique is stunning and his musicianship top notch - he just lacks a really distinctive sound - I like his albums though, but they do suffer from sounding like other bands or bassists - the main two being the Dave Weckl Band and Wooten - not a bad combination by any means! Saying that I still think he's a complete badass.

someone posted a while back that adam uses a very light touch on his plucking hand... which i thought was odd. but in this vid it looks like he is plucking with considerable strength.
