WOW...is all i can say. I was on a thread somewhere on here and i saw another TBer say something about this C.D. who ever you were ..thanks..you opened my eyes to an excellent artist and album. Johnny B Gayden....whoa...the man is one hell of a bassist with alot of funk to boot. The playing on the album is something else and "cold cuts" is mindblowing since its live and so good ...would like to see the tab on that one. I am enjoying learning about new music being a bass player and have been turned on tho the Meters, Albert King, Weather Report and others...in all my years of guitar playing i never learned about so much music i have missed but thats the great thing about the bass it compliments all music and is so easy to adjust to diffrent musical styles quickly. |
