So I just picked up a copy of this:

http://www.amazon.com/Definitive-Col...8698676&sr=8-1

based on the reviews and I have to say it's pretty cool. Three piece 60's psychedelic blues rock. If you love the sound of Marshall amps from the 60's, you should check this out. The guitarist/singer is John Du Cann of Atomic Rooster fame, and Mick Hawksworth plays bass, and there's some really monster bass playing on this record. Nice solid playing, classic SG Bass tone, and some great fills and a few busy lines on some things. I'm pretty glad I took the time to check this out, and in my opinion it's worth the price of admission.

Mick's still very much around - he's a regular at my local Jam night - awesome fretless player & a thoroughly nice bloke.
