Another 'Which tone?' Thread

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey everyone, I've been playing around with some settings and came up with 2 presets on my BP50, I'd just like to know if they'd work in a band situation, I live so far from anything I don't get to jam much, so when I do I like to have everything ready to go.

So here they are.

Any advice is most welcome, mainly about wether or not they would cut through well, the first is my Ampeg style sound played pick then fingers, then my Tube sound played with fingers then pick.

Bump the bass, buddy. Sounds like a guitar there. I've found that really good EQ settings played with a pick can give a cool tone, but it's much more reliable (with all that distortion an mid range) to use your fingers to control the bass and midrange frequencies.
