Any fans of heavy music out there?

Just recorded a demo with my new band. We're a pretty straight forward sludge punk band with some experimental elements in the vein of Eyehategod, Melvins, Black Flag, Helmet, Electric Wizard etc...

I'd love to hear what you guys think.

Thanks,
Chris

Like octaverazor said it's really like eyehategod. Having said that, i extremely like your music. It seriously sounds really good. I downloaded the best quality demo and i'm certainly going to give a couple of spins. Nice bass tone too, pretty prominent in the mix.

thanks guys! yeah it's very eyehategod-ish, the Jimmy Bower influence is no secret but far enough away from the material to actually enjoy it on it's own, or at least thats what i'd like to think ha. the other guys are way more into hardcore/punk than I am but we've found a happy medium where the faster parts can slip into some nice down-tempo riffage.

Intro is a tad long but this is some kick a$$ music. You can definitely hear the punk influence in this. Thanks for the free downloads! Rock on!

Cool, I like it. Recording is a little compression heavy, pumps a lot with the drums and vocals, but that's the engineer in me nitpicking. I dig the music, right up my alley style wise.

About a year. It's taken us a while to get these songs recorded cause I've been away for school but I'm still close enough to make it work. Thanks guys, you're all far too kind!

Yes sir, Buzzov*en rules. Thank you, I appreciate that.

Also here's a review of the demo incase you're not into listening to random bands you've never heard of.
