This is not normally my thing but I'm bored at work listening to this and man- this looks like one of the coolest shows visually.

Musically It is very very well done... .. with all sorts of cameos- roots manuva/ Ike turner/ de la soul/ neneh cherry... +a big string ensemble.

Has anyone been to see it?
Very bass heavy sound... ...but we don't mind that, do we?

There was a Gorillaz tour for the first album - the musicians stood behind screens on which the cartoon characters and visuals were projected.

I'm not sure whether they'll tour the new album, due to the large number of collaborators. It was easier to just do a week of concerts at the same venue and bring everyone together. The musicians were not as hidden on these dates.
