About anything by JRZ Systems http://www.jrzsystem.com/ The bass player Troy is a tap master.

The music style is instrumental hard rock/metal.

Just about anything Billy Sheehan has played on with Talas, David Lee Roth & Mr. Big.

I think he basically invented it on bass and is the master of it all. I saw him do a clinic and it was staggering the amount of talent he has. He did all the lead and rhythmn parts to Van Halen's Mean Streets with Mike Mangini on drums (another sick musician as well).

When Van Halen was touring with Gary Sherone, they had this Live in Australia performance that was broadcast on a local music channel. I do remember seeing Michael Anthony tapping, in harmony, with
Eddie Van Halen on some fills during that performance.

There's also a Canadian metal band (I think the genre is called Metalcore), called "Protest the Hero". They have a video for the song "Blindfolds Aside" that has both guitarists and the bassists tapping during the bridge.

Found it on YouTube!:

The first track on Dream Theaters' 'Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence' has a little bass tapping break.

Behold...the Arctopus. This band is mind blowing, all of their songs have sick bass playing, with lots of tapping.

Also, check out Dysrythmia the bass player Colin's other insane prog-strumental band.
