Anyone digging this album? It's been beckoning me from emusic.com for the last few weeks and I finally downloaded it. Glad that I did! If you're a fan of both Radiohead and Aphex Twin then I think you'd dig this album. There are moments when the vocals have a definite Thom Yorke similarity but Apparat is definitely it's own sound.
It's a great mix of electronic, rock and some strings mixed in. Some of it's instrumental and some has vocals that are a perfect match to the instrumentation. Really digging it a lot so far. We'll see how it holds up to repeated listenings.
