the album 'rites of uncovering' was playing in the record shop i frequent last summer, and i asked to buy it (was used, and only copy)--kind of bummed out one of the employees who'd been spinning it
this isn't a basscentric album for anyone curious, but it's great music with some fantastic melodies in the guitar leads and great songwriting...a very cool vibe that isn't unlike the doors in a certain way, to me
edit: almost forgot my main reason for posting--if anyone has any info on the bass player/gear used on 'rites of uncovering' i'd be interested in hearing...not a whole lot out there on these guys, and they don't seem to tour through the south much, if at all
