I was just lookin at some bands today and I came across Nipon. I gave "The Judgement" a listin and I fell in love! That just caught my ear and it's now stuck in my head.
When I heard the music I was thinking it had a definitely Fishbone kind of vibe, but the lyrics through it off. You might like them, they mix metal, real punk, funk, reggae, etc. and really have a great sound.
Be warned though, their singer is a much better songwriter/singer than that guy in the clip you posted. So it won't sound as atonal as that clip did.
