Audactiy recording test

Sign in to disble this ad
I just recorded this on audacity. I am just trying to get a feel for how mp3's created on Audacity sound. Let me know what you think of the sound quality, etc. It's only 30 secs long. Only been playing 1 year so don't expect anything that great.

Also, does anyone know the best places to store stuff I record on the internet for when I want to share? I have a youtube account, but mp3 isn't exactly a video format...

thanks for listening!

It sounds fine, as far as quality goes, you have many options as to the bitrate that audacity will save. If you work as .wav files pre processing, you should find Audacity a lot faster. It can get kinda slow in the conversion process.

Chances are, your ISP will provide you with personal webspace on their server as part of your service agreement.
