Whoa, this has to be the oldest live Rush video I've ever seen... picture and sound quality's not bad considering the year!

"We are the priests of the temples of the Syrinx"... total classic

Have you seen the other old school Rush vids up there, Bastille Day and Anthem? Those are wicked too!

Thumbs up

Vintage Rush. Awesome! The power of youth is evident (at least for Geddy).

I was waiting for the foam Stonehenge model to drop down and the dancing dwarfs to come out! Man, that vid is a Spinal Tap moment!

Edit: Great playing though!

Oh man, my wife and I just watched Spinal Tap the other day (for the Nth time) and when "Stonehenge" came on she was all like "wow this is so Rush" (Though I don't think it really necessarily sounds like Rush, more of a poke at '70s pomp-prog in general), but the point was taken, ha!

Does anyone know how far they transposed it down? It actually sounds better in some places than the original.

The 1976 video version is in the original key. The "Different Stages" and the R30 DVD versions are one whole tone lower.
