a/b recording with badass bridge?

ANyone done it on their bass? Any difference in tone?

from what I understand of the Badass bridges, they modify dymanics (attack, sustain, etc) rather than tone.

to my ears there is a slightly leaner low end with the badass. the reason i use them on certain fenders though is i find it can clean up certain fretbuzzes. subtle but noticible imo.
