Bass lines that are just sooooo much fun to play

So, I'm re-learning "Gates of Babylon", and...

I'd forgotten how much fun it is to play. I love the thump-thump-thump-slide Daisley had going on with that tune. Once I've got it nailed (too bad I never tabbed it out the first time around), I may have to start belly dancing while I play.

The Rainbow instrumental version of "Still I'm Sad" is also a fun one, I used to have a blast kicking that one out, and I think I'm going to make relearning it my next project.

"Crazy Train" is another fun one (two for three on Daisley, two for three on Rainbow, I think I'm detecting a pattern here). That's another one where he does that thump-thump-thump-slide thing.

So what are your favorite bass lines to play, not because they're complex or challenging (although that can be a factor), but because they're just so damn much fun?

Here In Your Bedroom - Goldfinger
Little Green Bag - George Baker Selection
A Message To You, Rudy - The Specials
The Guns Of Brixton- The Clash

I appear to have a pattern, as well.

YYZ from Rush
Spain from Return to Forever
Car Wash, I don't remember the original artist.
Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough from Michael Jackson
You Won't Relent by Misty Edwards

I could probably go on. Bass is fun to play.

Boogie Oogie Oogie, Taste of Honey. The drummers love that one.

Funny story...Richie Blackmore actually played the bass on that song because he didn't like what Daisly was doing...

I knew that Blackmore did a lot of the bass work on "Long Live Rock and Roll", but I thought "Gates of Babylon" was one of the tracks Daisley played on?

Muse- Hysteria is always coming to my fingers, especially whenever I'm getting any kind of fuzz or distortion going.

Also, Lamb of God's Laid to Rest drives me crazy on both guitar and bass, I don't think I'll ever get a 100% correct go through, but boy is it fun to play

Colin Edwin has a lot of that 'super-repetitive' but groovy line.

Windowpane and Ending Credits by Opeth are probably two of the most memorable and fun songs I've played. The entire Damnation album is actually a treat.

It's a bit repetitive, but the cover of I Will Survive by Cake is one of my favorites
