Bass lines you love in songs you don't

I was just working on my Rocco-style semi-muting and began playing the line to "Funk The Dumb Stuff". I love that bass line, but the lyrics and production just ruin that song for me. How about you - are there any songs that, for whatever reason, you just don't like, but whose bass lines really do it for you?

Longview by Green Day
I can't stand listening to them, but I can admit that the bassline for Longview is amazing.

Muskrat Love

The song that got me wondering why so many great bass lines are wasted on lousy songs

I call shinanigans on myself! I'm sorry but after some research it was Paul who played the bassline on the original version. Louis played the bass part live with the band in "Give My Regards to Broad Street"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqTDUiUdTtw
He also added a cool slap line to it, something Paul doesn't do.
Song still makes me feel like I'm having tea with my grandmother though.

Yep, that's the one that immediately came to mind.

Sweet bass part, but the song is pretty darn cheesy.

'Shadow Dancin', Bee Gees. Yeah, I know. But give it a listen. A bunch of Bee Gees tunes have GREAT bass parts.

You're the one that I want, from Grease.

Stupid song, killer bassline. Would be nice if anybody knew who played that!
