Bass solo arrangement

Here's a little bass solo jam piece I've been working on:

Well, almost bass solo. The part in the middle is two tracks.

Comments/criticism welcome. It's really just a mix of different grooves I've been playing around with.

wow that was really enjoyable to listen to. those pieces actually worked quite well as a whole thanks to the underlying melody. loved the use of harmonics as its something i just cant do without making it sound forced.
keep up the good work.
btw. was that on a 6 string?

Very nice! I see you're in the Bay Area. There's a lot of solo bass stuff going on around here. Hope to see you at a show sometime. You could easily pull off something like that live with looping.
