According to this page it's a guy by the name of Big Joe Turner. When It All Comes Down - 1978 OGWT Could be him.
No relation to the other Big Joe Turner who's one of the founding fathers of Rock 'n' Roll.
Info on BB King's band over the years is rather spartan. A shame as there have been some superb players in it, like Russell Jackson: Better Not Look Down
