Best rock bass playing I have heard in recent times.

Really impressed with his playing on this album

Ben Shepherd reminds me a lot of Eric Avery not so much in regard to style but the creative approach they both take to creating rock bass lines.

Definitely not 'by the book' but the lines just work.

Big fan of Ben's playing\sound. He doesn't get much credit but Soundgarden definitely wouldn't be the same without him.

Yes. And the album is very good imo. Bones of Birds has a cool bass line.
