i think i like my 8-bit cover of "Potshots" by Accordion Crimes best, but they wrote that song, so i don't know if that really counts.
of my own work, i'd probably pick this one, even though the only evidence of it i have is a MIDI version i made with Guitar Pro.

I wrote a little ditty called "Yes, Today." Unfortunately some excitable Brit bloke ripped it off from me, changed the title to "Yesterday," and the rest is history.
